Kathy Le Ho

Managing Director/ Co-Founder

"As an international student, to ensure that you are on the right path towards a better future, determination and grit help, but you also need to gather the correct information and advice to guide your efforts.

For example, you need to know which Australian university is best for you, what courses will maximize your opportunities, what visa pathways are available, and what extra steps you can take along the way to ensure you achieve your goals - whether it is a future in Australia or back at home. I have walked this path as an international student and with over 10 years' experience working in the international education industry, I can help you navigate your own path towards realizing your full potential. My success is measured by my clients' successes." - Kathy Le Ho

Kathy's journey to help others' achieve their Australian dreams started when she moved to Australia to begin her academic endeavor, having finished high school in the United States. For Kathy, success is made of 10% luck, 60% hard work and the rest is knowing the right people and information. Kathy started from the bottom when she first arrived to Australia, performing menial tasks to cover her tuition fees and living expenses. Kathy dedicates herself 100% to all the roles she performs, treating each job as an opportunity to grow and learn. With this work ethic and philosophy, Kathy was able to transition from an international student to a co-founder of LEVISA.

Kathy has been a noteworthy contributor within the international education space with her vast experience from working with international students and migrants. Kathy has over 10 years' experience working in the senior advisor & compliance roles. She has built a strong reputation and left her fingerprints across most of the top Institutions in the Canberra region, including the Canberra Institute of Technology, University of Canberra, Australian Defence Force Academy, and the Australian National University (ANU).

International students often have to carry the heavy burden of high expectations and the pressure of success from home. Additionally, there is a huge international tuition fee and a high living cost one has to pay. With Kathy's experience and knowledge gained from the Law qualification completed from the ANU, Kathy has advised and guided many international students to successfully obtain permanent residence and call Australia their second home. Moving to Australia is an important life-changing decision and a big deal for International students. Naturally, it is also massive deal for Kathy as well.

Kathy is known among her friends and peers as a workaholic who doesn't usually give up on things easily. Kathy holds a senior position in the Australian Government while leading the team at LEVISA as a Managing Director. Kathy is heavily involved in many charitable programs in Vietnam. She is the Founder of Tam Hanh Charity and a busy mum of a beautiful baby girl. She loves what she does and thankful for the experience gained as an international student in Australia which has made her into who she is today. For Kathy, it is important for her to set an example for the students she works with, and she is proud to tell people that she was once an international student from Vietnam.
