Working Visas
Australia has a strong economy because its migration policy ensures that it attracts the best and brightest people in the world. We want the right people with the right skills to do jobs in areas where Australia has a skills shortage.
If you have an occupation that Australia needs and meet the points test then you may be able to receive a government nomination for permanent residency to live and work in Australia.
These skilled visas (for example subclass 189, 190 & 491) are the most common way people migrate to Australia permanently. You do not need an employer to sponsor you and you can include partners and other family members to come with you.

Partner Visas

Business and Investment Visas
There are a range of business-related visas available in Australia. For example, the Business Innovation and Investment visa allow people with strong business skills to come to Australia to operate a new or existing business. You need to be nominated for this visa, have an ownership stake in a business and meet a points test.

Parent Visas
Many parents are proud of their children who have settled overseas with successful jobs, careers and families. As these parents get older it is difficult for the children to care and look after them because they are so far away. Parent visas allow mums and dads of a settled Australian citizen or Permanent Resident to live permanently in Australia close to family.
A key requirement for parent visas is the Balance of Family test. This test ensures that only those with close ties to children in Australia are eligible for parent visas.
There are two categories of Parent visas called the Parent category visa and Contributory Parent category visa. Contributory parent visas cost more but are usually proceeded faster and have more places available. Citizenship
Becoming an Australian citizen is a wonderful milestone for many migrants.
Apart from being able to officially refer to yourself as an ‘Aussie’ and proudly saying ‘G’day’ to everyone you meet – Australian citizenship also gives you the right to vote in the Federal Election and opens the door to more jobs and travel opportunities.
