The visa extension is free and will occur automatically. The family members who were included in the original Temporary Graduate visa will be also included in the visa extension.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>To be eligible for a Temporary Graduate visa extension:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On 15 December 2021, visa holders must have had a Temporary Graduate visa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The existing visa will expire before 30 September 2022.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the time of the visa grant, the primary visa holder was in Australia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Between 1 February 2020 and 14 December 2021, the primary visa holder has been outside Australia (inclusive)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since 15 December 2021, the visa has not been cancelled<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Since 15 December 2021, the holder has been granted a new substantive visa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>To be eligible for visa enlivening (which means the expired 485 visa becomes active again):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Holders of a Temporary Graduate visa must have had their visa expire between 1 February 2020 &#8211; 14 December 2021.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the time of grant, the main visa holder was in Australia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The primary holder was outside Australia for any period of time between 1 February 2020 &#8211; 14 December 2021.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The visa was not cancelled<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A new substantive visa was not granted to the visa holder.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">T\u1eeb ng\u00e0y 18\/02\/2022, nh\u1eefng ng\u01b0\u1eddi hi\u1ec7n \u0111ang s\u1edf h\u1eefu th\u1ecb th\u1ef1c sau t\u1ed1t nghi\u1ec7p &#8211; subclass 485 (\u0111\u1ee7 \u0111i\u1ec1u ki\u1ec7n b\u00ean d\u01b0\u1edbi) g\u1ea7n h\u1ebft h\u1ea1n ho\u1eb7c \u0111\u00e3 h\u1ebft h\u1ea1n s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ph\u00e9p gia h\u1ea1n visa ho\u1eb7c k\u00edch ho\u1ea1t tr\u1edf l\u1ea1i cho \u0111\u1ebfn ng\u00e0y 30\/09\/2022.
